Week 1:CLEANSE - Eat "clean" for 2 days. This means no processed foods or sugar. Fruits, vegetables, lean meats, eggs, nuts, seeds. Then 3-day juice cleanse, then eat clean for 2 days.
Week 3-4: Follow the nutrition plan below. May allow yourself one cheat meal per week depending on how strict your goals are for yourself.

Total points for this week 15. Only think that saved me was I worked out 6 times this week. Don't worry I only counted the five allowed. Been hard to stay strict on my eating with "Aunt Flow" visiting.
Total points: 15 Days followed diet: 6 (had my 2 free cheats in the same day!) Workouts: 4 Food diary: 5 Cheats: 2 (freebies) they weren't horrible cheats - one was a Balance protein bar and the other was a Jamba Juice (Chocolate Banana)
